I just did a HUGE audit of my income from these past few years.

And even though I've hit some pretty awesome milestones, I found myself sad for a few moments because my 2026 projects show that I will probably not hit an $100k income this year.

Then after stepping back from it for a bit, I was like... WAIT A MINUTE WHY AM I SAD?!

Just because that was some arbitrary goal?

Screw that.

My base pay as teacher was $35,000.

Even with performance bonuses, tutoring, and all of the addenda work under the sun, I barely cleared $70k on a "good year."

Only it wasn't good - because I was working like a dog from 6am until 8pm Monday-Friday.

Then having to work games and away events on weekends.

Flash forward to now.

I'm projecting to make about $60k this year, assuming I don't launch anything else or take on any other clients (which I probably will).

...that's amazing!!

Why was I getting down on myself?

Especially when so many online business owners aren't making any money at all??
